In Ann Arbor, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Compare the out-the-door price across shops in Michigan, since installation fees vary more than the tires themselves. Keep the receipt: the tire warranty and any road-hazard coverage are tied to it. Demand peaks before winter and before summer road trips. Highly recommend this location. I’ve had 2 sets of tires installed over the years and always had great service. I originally came in for repair on 2 tires and found out a huge nail went through my sidewall and was not able to be repaired and only 1 tire replaced wouldn’t be effective for my truck. The tech was very helpful finding me a replacement set similar (if not better) than my original set. Even short staffed, they are great at communicating concerns and issues. Absolutely worth the wait for great work.

Fantastic customer service! I brought my Corolla in this morning because I noticed there was something scraping at the bottom on my way to work. They had it fixed in less than 10 minutes! Would definitely recommend!

I brought my car to Good;year on Stadium in Ann Arbor because I was hearing a noise related to steering. They were friendly and diagnosed the problem that afternoon. They also provided me with a ride to my home from the shop. I was called later that day and the problem was resolved the next. All of this was done in a professional atmosphere, but also in a friendly manner. I would definitely go there again for maintenance on my car!

Goodyear put snow tires on my car 2 years ago for a low price. I was not told that they were after market tires. My snow tires use a different rim than my summer tires. This past February (2026), Goodyear replaced my after market snow tires with factory all season tires. 2 months later, when my car went into a repair shop, I was informed by the technicians that the tires all had the wrong lug nuts for those tires- meaning that I had been driving in a dangerous situation since Goodyear put the all season tires on. When confronted with this scenario, John, the manager at Goodyear on Stadium in Ann Arbor, was rude and adamantly maintained that the lug nuts were correct and that it was not their shop's responsibility to provide me with the correct lugnuts for tires that they replace.

Very interesting service. I just wanted them to check a few things out since they’re down the road. They diagnosed my problem and then I told them I’ll get it repaired elsewhere since I have a warranty. They ended up proceeding without any paperwork or even a verbal ok. The guy at the front desk had to abruptly run over to the tech to tell them to stop. Don’t even know what they did as they just quickly got my car out (got the hint). They didn’t even check out my other concern. The feeling was mutual though β€” I was happy to get out of there especially since the mood quickly changed after I said I didn’t want them to fix it. Don’t offer to check something out and then try to get me to pay for a service without getting consent.
